Embracing The Natural Order By Maggie McCauley
|
If I said that there is an abundance of all we need right now, many people would probably think I was living in a different country. However,
there really is an abundance of all we need; it’s a universal truth. It is just a matter of changing perspectives. Generally, we tend to view
abundance in terms of quantity not quality. Abundance, though, is about a way of being, a consciousness. Abundance is available to all of
us; it’s the natural order.
Thinking in terms of quantity creates lack mentality, a belief that there isn’t enough to go around. Lack thinking is a central issue when it
comes to clutter build up. Although clutter and disorganization are a natural part of the order and flow of life -- nothing stays perfectly
ordered forever -- when our stuff accumulates too fast and it’s not managed, this natural order gets disrupted. Clinging to our unwanted,
accumulated stuff actually works to block the natural flow of abundance to us. When our environment becomes “jammed” with our stuff,
nothing can get in! We need to let go to restore the natural order.
Letting go is the ultimate challenge because it involves overcoming emotional attachments. If only the act of letting go were as easy as
saying it! Our emotions complicate the letting go process and create the resistance or discomfort we experience. When we stop resisting
and let go, though, we are released from our discomfort.
There is a powerful law that when followed can change the way we think about our stuff. It is always in operation; we choose how we will
connect to it. It is the universal Law of Circulation. It states, “What we give out will come back to us.” In other words, when we give we gain.
When we apply this law to our accumulated, unwanted stuff, get beyond the discomfort of letting go and give with an open heart, it allows us
to receive the good that is ours to claim.
There are some important concepts to remember as we begin to work with this law: 1. When we come from a place of quantity, “more”, we’
re off course. 2. It is imperative that we be responsible in our spending habits—never spend what cannot be accounted for. 3. Any act
engaged in purely for personal gain will block the flow. 4. When we stop worrying about not having enough, that is the time when everything
will come to us.
The following are ways we can incorporate this powerful law into our life today:
Unclutter your life. Take the time to clear out and organize all the physical spaces in your environment.
Release things quickly instead of holding onto them.
Organize your finances. Create a budget. Talk to a financial planner.
Do a good deed anonymously.
Let go of resentments and worry.
We can have all we want in life and more. If we are ready to stop clinging and let go of lack mentality, view life from an optimist’s perspective,
find gratitude in everything, and have faith in the Divine Order of life – prosperity and abundance can be our reality.
Are you ready to embrace the natural order?
