The Applaud Women publication is dedicated to women in New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. It's purpose is to inspire, inform, and
applaud local women. The core of the magazine is our inspirational women's articles, most of which feature local women but occasionally we are
able to interview national women who we feel provide a unique inspiration for our readers. Our other articles cover topics of interest such as food
recipes, home, garden, beauty, health, fashion, dating, parenting, seniors, finance, business, hair care, skin care, advice, real estate, insurance,
weddings etc. Each issue has a feature section as well. Many of our articles are written by local business people who provide information
relevant to their business expertise. The Applaud Women website is also a resource center for local women including the most comprehensive
listings of Restaurants, Weddings, Female doctors and Hotels. It also includes a number of informational pages with links, articles and RSS feeds
to both local and national websites of interest to women in NH & n. MA.

Feisty Fashion: Animal Print Accessories By Alana Finnie
|
Animal prints are huge right now. Surprisingly, they’re often in style (every few seasons) so it’s good to have some animal print items on hand.
While the look can be super cute on a wrap dress, or cardigan, I personally like to keep trends like this mainly to my accessories. Trends usually
last only a season or two and though they often come back, who wants to pay oodles of cash for an outfit that will only be worn once a year or
so? Accessories are a great way to appear trendy without breaking the bank.
Trust me, with the animal print trend all over the place, you’re bound to see some weirdoes sporting leopard printed leggings paired with a zebra
striped top. That look is way too ridiculous for anyone over the age of 6. And even then, it’s iffy.
I’m a big fan of all the new animal print handbags that are out there. You can pair a fairly simple outfit with a cute patterned bag and suddenly
look fashionable. That’s practically effortless. This also gives your outfit a focal point, which every outfit needs.
Giraffe print is an unexpected, fabulous way to go. We’ve all seen leopard print and zebra bags, but not until recently has anyone sported a
great giraffe print handbag. Because the basic colors of a giraffe print are generally neutral shades, you can pair a handbag with the pattern with
most outfits. That’s good for me since changing purses usually involves dumping a ridiculous amount of makeup, coupons, and pens all over the
place.
The great news is that gals like us who don’t want to spend millions of dollars on a handbag have lots of options out there. Handbag Heaven
(www.handbagheaven.com) is my go-to online shop for all purses. They’re always gorgeous and pretty affordable.
The site has this gorge Giraffe Print Canvas Satchel at
www.handbagheaven.com/gifaffe-buckle-handbag.html) that I’m practically in love with. Plus, it’s only $45.86. It’s super cute, roomy, and stylish to
boot.
Not feelin’ it? Target has a super cute zebra print clutch (http://www.target.com/Merona-Zebra-Clutch-Wallet-Black) for $12.99!\
