Sarah Silverman and Tom Bergeron Tell Us Why They “Love it Here” in New Hampshire Through Photos and Stories- More Celebs to be
Added Each Week

Concord, New Hampshire, June 22, 2009 – Did you know that Sarah Silverman loves Papa Gino’s pizza in Bedford? Or that Tom Bergeron
has a hankering for the clam chowder at Old Ferry Landing in Portsmouth?  Well, you do now, and the NH Division of Travel and Tourism
Development have the photos to prove it!

As part of the state’s summer NH Dream Vacation Scavenger Hunt promotion, where visitors can participate in an interactive photo contest
with the winner receiving a custom-designed NH dream vacation worth $2,500, even national celebrities who love it here are getting in on
the fun.

“This campaign has excited and energized everyone to get out their cameras and join in the scavenger hunt for the best ‘I Love it Here’
photo op!,” said Alice DeSouza, Director of the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development.  “We have experienced a
tremendous response from thousands of New Hampshire residents who are having fun exploring New Hampshire and snapping photos of
their favorite places in the state. Now we have another fun twist on the campaign – with celebrities sending in their stories and photos at
their favorite New Hampshire places!”

The celebrity page on the New Hampshire Dream Vacation site (www.nhdreamvacation.com) launched today with photos of Sarah
Silverman, formerly of Bedford, and Tom Bergeron, host of “Dancing with the Stars” who, although born in Haverhill, Mass., calls New
Hampshire his “emotional home.”  In addition, Governor John Lynch and all the members of his Executive Council who were photographed
in the State House holding their own “I Love it Here” signs will also be featured.  Each week of the contest, new celebrities with ties to New
Hampshire will be added to the page.

“For a small state, New Hampshire is home to a wide range of celebrities,” said DeSouza.  “Movie stars, Olympic athletes, Supreme Court
justices, best-selling authors, film makers and famous comedians- many reside in or have a special fondness for New Hampshire.  What
better way to rediscover New Hampshire than to hear from the celebrities about why they love it here too!”

For those who haven’t heard, here’s how to play:

1.      Click Away.  Download the “I Love it Here!” sign from
www.NHDreamVacation.com and capture at least three photos from the
scavenger hunt list with the sign.  Be creative.

2.      Enter Online.  Upload the photos at NHDreamVacation.com to enter for a chance to win a dream vacation in New Hampshire.

3.      Boost Your Ratings. Vote for your favorite images and tell friends and family members to vote too. The more votes a picture has, the
better chance of winning.

4.      Judging.  The top 25 entries will be selected based on popular vote and the final winner will be selected by a panel of judges. The
winning photo will be judged on creativity, originality and aesthetics.

Postcards with the “I Love it Here!” signs can also be found at all Welcome Information Centers or in the June issue of New Hampshire
Magazine, a media partner in this campaign, which features a cover story on loving it in New Hampshire.

The prize package is a New Hampshire Dream Vacation with a value of up to $2,500.  Some restrictions will apply.  Additionally, Irving Oil is
providing gas gift cards in the amount of $50 that are being awarded weekly to randomly selected contest participants. The contest runs
through August 16th.

Scavenger Hunt Locations are listed below.  Rules specify that all photos must be taken in New Hampshire with an “I Love it Here!” contest
